I took ages making the shape of the bowl but although not perfect I am very pleased with it.
I don't like to do perfect anyway ...I like pottery that is rustic and unique.
Fingers crossed that it doesn't warp in the kiln.
I have no control over that
It was also a bit challenging.
But that is the best way to learn and improve.
To stretch yourself and not to be afraid of going that little further.
I am glad that I did.
I can't wait to see it come out of the Kiln ..hopefully in one piece.
You never know what can happen in the Kiln.
Then I have to choose a glaze.
Thanks for popping by today.
And letting me share my love of pottery with you.
Have a happy day whatever you are doing.
Why not sign up for some pottery classes.
You won't regret it.
