On the 30th April, 2018 Danny and I are celebrating our 19th Wedding Anniversary
We are celebrating it with a little break of a long weekend
19 happy, happy years of love
So happy that we got married that beautiful day.
We haven't change a bit ...ha! ha! ..
I am pleased to say that I have lost a lot of weight since this photo was taken
Danny still has all of his gorgeous hair it's just a little whiter
And he still looks at me that way
Love you Danny XX
I kind of think I over did it with the decoration but I am only going to glaze it in only two colors one for the plate and one for the two birds ...
I enjoyed making it and wanted to make an item that was not complicated and easy as I have worked on some large pieces lately ..
They will be revealed when they have been received as gifts in a few weeks time
And my medieval Italian village bowl has to dry enough first to be put in the kiln for the first time.
So that is what I will work on, on Wednesday ..I am going to make crown ...I wanted to make one and glaze it in an off white but I will do the glaze they ask you to do for this competition .
As you can see I did start to write about it , but didn't get time to post it
I found this cute and super comfortable chair for my Bird Watching Corner ...I just sink down in it and it's just lovely ...I was looking for something different but when I saw this I thought it was sensible to have it .
As it won't have a 'puddle' on the seat when it rains ....I think it will do just fine for those moments that I take for myself to watch the birds or just to relax and drink in the beauty of our garden.
It was in a shop that was 'closing' down and everything was half price so I got it for just $6.00 !!!
The Duchess of Cambridge has given birth to a son.
Kensington Palace tweeted the news shortly on April 23rd,2018 at 1pm British time, stating that the child was delivered safely at 11.01hrs, weighing 8lbs 7oz.
The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth.
The Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry have been notified and are said to be “delighted.”
Three days later there’s no news on the baby’s name yet, however Prince Arthur or Alexander are the bookies favourite.
In truth no one knows.
The reason is because Wednesday marked Anzac Day – a national day of remembrance in Australia – which saw Prince William back out to work just two days after his baby boy was born.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams revealed that the couple would have decided to hold back their announcement in a mark of respect to Australia and New Zealand's war dead.
Instead, he believes the big reveal could happen today.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have named their new baby Prince Louis Arthur Charles.
The names honour both the Prince's grandfather, Prince Charles, and Louis Mountbatten, the Duke of Edinburgh's mentor who was killed by an IRA bomb in 1979
Prince George and Prince William both have Louis as middle names, with the announcement confounding bookies and experts who had believed it would not be repeated for the third baby Cambridge.
Arthur had been the favourite predicted first name, eventually announced as a middle name. It is also one of the Duke of Cambridge's own middle names.
Kensington Palace said: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles.
"The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge."
Well thanks for popping in ...it was fun ..I hope you had fun reading it
