Why not have a go either tonight or at the weekend and eat it whilst watching your favorite television show
First I roughly chop some onions, half of a large one if you are making it for two then sauté in just a little olive oil on a low heat for about 15 minutes till browning and caramelized ..drain on kitchen paper to get rid of the grease
I cook a large chicken breast or you might use two smaller ones ..first I brown them in an oven proof pan, on both sides for about five minutes then I put them covered with foil in to the oven 180 f degrees (350 c degrees) Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes ..cool then slice and chop on to bite size pieces ..
Spread the sauce (you could also use Crushed Tomatoes in a Can ) on the Naan breads then put a generous amount of Pesto on the top to it
Then sprinkle on the Caramelized onions on the top of that
