Maisonvogue's Mexican Dinner with a hint of Chinese ..Very Yummy for Dinner tonight !!
Usually when I make one of my 'Janet Concoction's' it turns out yummier than if I use a known recipe
It's very easy to make and also can be frozen if there are any left overs or eaten the next day
You will need the following
Start to cook them on a medium heat with a few tablespoons of olive oil or cooking oil
I like to use my huge cast iron skillet but any frying pan or large saucepan would do
I like to use the leanest one I can find cook for a few minutes
Add to pan
Cook all together for about 10 mins stirring carefully
Danny and I loved every mouthful ...
I will be making this again
